What to include

1. Origin and destination

   Full addresses, or at least city and state for both ends.

2. Commodity and packaging

   What it is and how it is packed: pallets, drums, totes, crates.

3. Weight and piece count

   Total weight and the number of pallets or pieces.

4. Pickup window

   The earliest and latest dates the load can be collected.

5. Hazmat details

   For chemical products, the UN number or hazard class and the safety data sheet.
